Contract Options

We offer three service contract options to meet your individual needs.

NEW CONSTRUCTION SERVICE CONTRACT

Annual spring start up and winterization which includes a 5 year warranty on all new construction when purchased for five consecutive years (does not include outside damages).

ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

Spring start up and winterization with an optional (our technicians will advise of any repairs needed) mid season check up to adjust your clock and check for maintenance and repairs needed.

COMPREHENSIVE SERVICE CONTRACT

All services are performed including spring start up, winterization and a mid season checkup (our technicians will advise of any repairs needed). All parts and labor are covered in maintaining, servicing or repairing your system as needed. Outside damages are not included.
